He now brings 18 years of experience across the mechanical and electrical industry, having worked with a wide range of systems in diverse commercial and industrial environments. His expertise spans standby generation, LV/HV equipment, life safety systems, solar PV, battery storage and controls & automation. Over the years, he has taken on roles including Engineer, Project Manager and Design & Technical Manager, delivering large and complex projects as well as technical solutions for smaller works.
With a strong passion for engineering, Aston combines deep technical knowledge with practical experience to tackle complex challenges.
Toby Vincent

Eight years ago, Toby began his career as an apprentice working alongside Aston, quickly establishing himself as a key member of the team and a trusted right-hand man.
Toby’s meticulous attention to detail sets him apart. He has successfully led a wide range of projects including standby generation, solar PV, battery storage, controls & automation and large switchgear retrofits delivering both large, complex installations and smaller, highly technical works.
Outside of work, Toby has a strong interest in motorsport, where he is just as passionate about the mechanical side as he is about racing itself. He has even gone as far as fabricating custom parts to replace or improve discontinued components, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset and determination to tackle challenges others may consider “unsolvable.” This same ingenuity and persistence are reflected in his professional work.
